Full Day and Evening Classes 2017
From techniques and tips, to making and baking - during our hands-on courses you will explore the journey from flour to finished loaf and create your own bread to take home.
Our full day classes are held on Saturday’s, from 10am to 4pm in Charlton Manor Primary School, Indus Road, London SE7 - our workshops can accommodate up to 10 people and include light refreshments and lunch. Ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided.
Our short and evening classes are held at Made In Hackney Local Food Kitchen, Food For All Basement, 3 Cazenove Rd, London, N16 6PA - our workshops can accommodate up to 10 people and include light refreshments. Ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided.
These workshops are suitable for all levels of experience. Age 18 and over.

17 September: Internations Sourdough Pizza Lunch Event 12pm - 2.30pm £12.50
In this sourdough pizza making class taught by the founder of the Learning Loaf Baking Academy Graham, you will learn how to make the perfect pizza dough from scratch. You will also learn how to prepare your own tomato sauce to be used to create your pizza and, enjoy it for lunch while socializing with fellow Internations members.
23 September: Introduction to Sourdough Bread 10am - 4pm - £125
We will show you how to achieve the crust and crumb you’ve always aspired to. This includes creating and keeping a healthy leaven, mixing, kneading, shaping and baking the perfect loaf. You will leave with your loaf, a pot of leaven and a lot of new skills.
The course is taught by Graham Penn, Proprietor of The Honest Loaf – bakers of great organic breads using traditional recipes and authentic methods.
The day includes lunch, refreshments and a Q&A session. All equipment and recipes are provided.
20 September: Internations Special Italian Bread Making Event 7pm-10pm £12.50
In this artisan Italian bread making class taught by the founder of the Learning Loaf Baking Academy Graham, you will learn how to make focaccia and grissini to take home with you and get to sample a range of the Honest Loaf's Italian breads while socializing with fellow Internations members.
